Smitty Story Hour with Dr. Jorie Favreau
Join Dr. Jorie Favreau for a conversation about Surviving the Adks: a tale of snowshoe hares, songbirds, and flying squirrels on Thursday, April 8, 2021 at 7 p.m. EST.

Surviving is the name of the game, but different species have different challenges. Snowshoe hares, songbirds and flying squirrels face threats despite the Adirondacks being a protected landscape. Jorie will discuss what she and PSC students have discovered about the challenges these species face in surviving here in the Adirondacks.

Jorie Favreau, PhD, is a Professor of Wildlife Biology in the Natural Science Dept (@pscnatsci) who has taught at PSC since the fall of 2005. One of her favorite parts of being at PSC is learning about our alum’s career paths. She is always excited to hear from alum. Please join us.

The Smitty Story Hour series is brought to you by the Paul Smith's College Alumni Association.
